Hefeweizen - Wheat beer with organic coriander seed, orange and lemon zest...delicious.                                         A.B.V -  5.4                 I.B.U - 12

NEW! Peggy's Cream Ale - An American Lager recipe brewed with Ale yeast and Ale temperatures for a wager that was won by this smooth, light libation.

Blonde - A good transitional beer for our "lager to ale" friends. Has light hops with subtle malt snap, clean finish.               A.B.V - 5.9                 I.B.U - 21                 

Drop the Rabbit - "Less hops then the Amber" Green apple start, wildflowers, and citrus finish.                                             
A.B.V - 6.0                 I.B.U - 24

Amber - Basically our Red Bitter with less hops. Great body with earthy tones.                                 
A.B.V - 6.1                 I.B.U - 27

IPA - Dry hopped India Pale Ale with a crispy hop punch. It's a cleansing palate refreshment.

Red Bitter - Our flagship beer. A true Mark Kuhlmann masterpiece with perfect body, malt fruit front and a hoppy nose finish.

American Porter - A dark chocolate caramel front with French roast coffee finish.
