There is a new beer on tap at the Wimberley Brewing Company. Peggy's Cream Ale is an American Lager recipe brewed with ale yeast at ale temperatures. A new favorite, it was created in answer to a wager...a wager it won with flying colors!
We still have the Hickory Smoked Porter, and in this cold weather, is a perfect companion for a hot pizza from Brewster's Pizza.
